Can I return individual items from my box?
To maintain our exclusive pricing, we only accept returns for the entire monthly box in its original, unworn condition. However, if an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
How do I ensure the clothes will fit me?
When you sign up, you will complete a detailed Fit Profile. We use these measurements and your preferred brands to select sizes that match your body type. You can update your measurements in your account settings at any time before your next billing cycle.
When will my order ship?
Standard boxes ship within 3-5 business days of your monthly billing date. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a month or cancel your membership directly through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
